And here is my Schnibbles for June. The pattern is State Fair and was lots of fun to make. I used eleven different fabrics, from three different ranges. I think every time I finish a Schnibbles, I tell myself, this is my favorite one. But I do think, that from all the Schnibbles I made, this really is my favorite! It gives me a calm and peaceful feeling while looking at it and it looks so soft.

And look what our postman brought us this week. A package from Melanie, from England. We had an email chat about the football world championship. I could hardly believe that in England they made a chips flavor for many of the countries participating, such as American Cheeseburger, Australian BBQ Kangaroo, German Bratwurst Sausage, Dutch Edam Cheese and Frend Garlic Baguette. Now is this fun or is this real fun. I still have a smile on my face. We won't try any before Laura will be here next Monday, quite to Thijme's annoyance.
I finished my 25 blocks for the State Fair Schnibbles and decided to start cutting a big Schnibbles from Carrie Nelsons' new book Schnibbles times two. Since I started A Year of Schnibbles that is organized by Sherri and Sinta, Carrie has become one of my favorite designers. Her quilts are so much fun to make! And the result is always good!
