I finally completed my Make Do Memory Miniature Quilt. It was a challenge organized by Lyn. Well and it is this challenge that gave me a new passion: hexagons. I never knew it could be so much fun to work with them. The butterflies are tiny hexagons, the brown border is made of a row whole and half hexagons and the blue ones are only half hexagons. Only the stems are no hexagons.

Ik heb eindelijk de Make Do Memory Miniature Quilt af. Deze challenge werd georganiseerd door Lyn. En door deze challenge heb ik een nieuwe passie ontdekt: hexagons. Ik wist niet dat het zo leuk en rustgevend kon zijn, hiermee te werken.
De vlinders zijn van heel kleine hexagons gemaakt, de ene bruine rand van hele hexagons gemaakt en de andere van halve en de blauwe rand is van halve hexagons. Alleen de stengels zijn niet van hexagons gemaakt.

This is my April Schnibbles: Tagalong. I made a baby quilt for my friend's soon to be born grandchild. It will be her third! The fabrics I used as so cute! It's Minny Muu by Licien Fabrics.
Hier is mijn Schnibbles Tagalong voor de maand april. Ik heb er dit keer een baby quilt van gemaakt voor het derde kleinkind van een vriendin van mij, dat nog geboren moet worden. De stofjes die ik heb gebruikt zijn zo schattig! Het zijn Minny Muu stofjes van Licien Fabrics.
